Speaking of Rob Gungor, OK Sweetheart swung into town Thursday on the the Kick the Flor Tour. Erin Austin set some kind of record for number of smiles smiled onstage at Dan’s Silverleaf as she blanketed the bar with her smoky, perfect pitch; guitarist Jeremy Buller and bassist Sean Barnett swayed their instruments in sync while crooning backup vocals like manly Pipettes. It was a fantastic time.

The band will appear at NX35 on Friday, March 12, on a KXT-sponsored stage. Schedule details will be released in coming days. For a snack, take in “Grudge” via the video below.
